We must keep abreast of our customers’ evolving needs, new building trends, and sustainability innovations, and use this information to collaborate with Research and Development to devise solutions that will enable us to maintain our leadership position. In order to do so, we must stay abreast of our customers’ evolving needs, new building trends and sustainability innovations. To ensure that the CEMEX customer experience is consistent throughout the business, we develop tools and training for our sales force team. We also design customer loyalty programs that help us build enduring relationships with our customers.
