Pervious Concrete

Pervious concrete is a special type of concrete with high porosity, allowing water to pass through for storm water control, or for managing and reclaiming water. Pervious concrete has additional benefits in sound reduction and temperature control.

Dubailand Reservoir - Dubai

CEMEX was the exclusive supplier of over 9,000m3 of Pervious concrete for us in the Dubailand Reservoir project. Use of the Pervious concrete allowed the effective control and capture of fresh water that would otherwise have been lost, helping to conserve a precious and valuable resource.
